The David Law Firm’s Diabetes Scholarship Awarded to Cambridge Gamble
Cambridge Gamble of Greeleyville, South Carolina was selected as the 2013 recipient of The Davids’ Diabetes Scholarship. The David Law Firm of Conway, South Carolina created the $5,000 scholarship to be awarded to a South Carolina resident with Type 1 diabetes entering college as a freshman. Gamble was chosen by the sophisticated systems of The Diabetes Scholarship Foundation as the deserving recipient of the scholarship. The David Law Firm will be sending Clemson University $5,000 on behalf of Gamble.
Attorney Byron David, a Type 1 diabetic himself, is delighted that Gamble was chosen as the first time recipient of the scholarship. “I had the pleasure of meeting Cambridge and congratulating him on being The Davids’ Diabetes Scholarship recipient. He is an upstanding individual and I know he will do great things at Clemson. I couldn’t be happier that Cambridge was chosen.”
Gamble graduated from C. E. Murray High School in Greeleyville as the class’ valedictorian. He will attend Clemson University in August and plans to study elementary education.
